At Mother Sparsh, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Once our courier picks up the package and it reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the garments for any signs of wear or damage.

  Refund or Exchange

  After approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
